Delete Your Account
Effective date: 23 July 2026
Option 1: Delete in the app
Open MunshiJi, go to Profile, and tap Delete my account near the bottom of the screen. Confirming immediately deactivates your account and permanently removes your name and monthly income from our records. This cannot be undone.
Option 2: Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email swairarshad1@gmail.com from the phone number or account you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm your identity and process the request.
What gets deleted
Your account is deactivated immediately and your name and monthly income are erased right away. Your expense history, budgets, and chat history with the MunshiJi assistant are retained on our servers after deactivation so we can respond to a full-erasure request, but are no longer accessible to you or anyone else through the app. If you'd like this usage data permanently and irreversibly erased as well, mention that in your request and we'll process it within a reasonable time.
